Objective
To ensure assigned guest rooms are cleaned and maintained in strict accordance with established cleanliness and quality standards, providing an immaculate, comfortable, and welcoming environment that enhances the overall guest experience throughout their stay. .
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned guest rooms in compliance with established cleanliness and quality standards, including bed making, bathroom sanitation, vacuuming, and cleaning of all surfaces to maintain an impeccable presentation.
- Maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas clean, organized, and fully stocked, while promptly reporting lost and found items, maintenance issues, or any irregularities identified within guest rooms.
- Ensure the correct placement and replenishment of amenities and supplies according to room category standards, including towels, toiletries, and guest essentials, to guarantee a comfortable, consistent, and high-quality guest experience.
- Additional studies or certifications related to Housekeeping, Hospitality, or Service Quality are an asset.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of quality and service standards applicable to the housekeeping area.
