Objective
To prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established hotel standards and recipes, delivering an exceptional and engaging bar experience while ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction, service quality, and compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes, standards, and guest preferences, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and quality.
- Provide professional, courteous, and engaging bar service, offering recommendations based on guest preferences and promoting a premium beverage experience.
- Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards in all beverage preparation and service areas.
- Monitor, control, and manage inventory of liquors, wines, beers, mixers, and bar supplies to support efficient operations and service continuity.
- Complete daily temperature control and operational logs in accordance with food safety and quality procedures.
- Create and propose innovative cocktail recipes to enhance the guest experience and support menu development initiatives
- Actively participate in employee engagement, guest experience, and sustainability initiatives in alignment with company values.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Bartender in hotels or establishments of similar category and size.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality service standards, beverage preparation, presentation, and bar service protocols.
- Experience operating Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
- Knowledge of wines, spirits, food pairing, and cocktail creation.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
