Objective
To plan, coordinate, and deliver engaging entertainment and recreational activities for guests, creating memorable experiences that enhance guest satisfaction while ensuring compliance with established quality, safety, and service standards
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and conduct daily entertainment, recreational, and cultural activities for guests of all ages in accordance with the established entertainment program.
- Promote activities and events in a dynamic and engaging manner to encourage guest participation.
- Ensure activities are conducted safely and in compliance with hotel policies and safety procedures.
- Support the organization and execution of special events, shows, and theme nights.
- Interact professionally with guests to create a welcoming, fun, and inclusive atmosphere.
- Maintain entertainment areas, equipment, and materials in proper condition.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of entertainment programs.
- High School Diploma or equivalent certification.
- Previous experience in entertainment, recreation, hospitality, or customer service roles is an asset.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage diverse audiences with enthusiasm and creativity.
- Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings and weekends.
