Objective
To maintain and enhance hotel gardens, green areas, and outdoor spaces in accordance with established aesthetic, safety, and environmental standards, contributing to a pleasant and well-maintained environment for guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain landscaped areas, gardens, lawns, and outdoor spaces through pruning, mowing, planting, watering, and fertilizing.
- Ensure proper care of plants, trees, and flowers to preserve the property’s visual appeal.
- Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Identify and report plant health issues, irrigation problems, or safety hazards.
- Support seasonal landscaping projects and special outdoor setups as required.
- Comply with environmental, safety, and sustainability standards.
- High School Diploma or equivalent certification.
- Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, or grounds maintenance is an asset.
- Knowledge of basic horticulture, irrigation systems, and landscaping techniques.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
