- Previous experience in Maintenance, Engineering, or Technical Operations
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance systems
- Exposure to coordination or supervisory responsibilities is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to safety standards
- Availability to be considered for future opportunities within the department
