Objective
To support daily bar operations by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and timely availability of supplies, contributing to efficient service delivery and an exceptional guest experience in compliance with established quality and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist bartenders and bar supervisors by stocking beverages, ice, glassware, and supplies to ensure uninterrupted bar operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar areas, storage rooms, and service stations in accordance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Support bar setup and breakdown for daily operations and special events.
- Handle the collection, cleaning, and proper storage of glassware and bar equipment.
- Assist with inventory organization and replenishment of supplies as required.
- Comply with food safety, hygiene, and occupational safety procedures at all times.
- High School Diploma or equivalent certification.
- Previous experience in bars, restaurants, or hospitality environments is an asset.
- Knowledge of basic hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
