LANDSCAPER SUPERVISOR

Objective
To supervise and coordinate landscaping and grounds maintenance operations, ensuring hotel gardens and outdoor areas meet established aesthetic, safety, and environmental standards while leading the landscaping team to deliver consistent and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily landscaping and grounds maintenance activities to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Coordinate and assign tasks to the landscaping team, ensuring efficient use of time, tools, and resources.
• Monitor the condition and health of plants, lawns, trees, and gardens, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
• Ensure proper use, maintenance, and storage of landscaping tools and equipment.
• Support planning and execution of seasonal projects, special landscaping initiatives, and outdoor event setups.
• Enforce safety procedures and environmental sustainability practices.
• Report operational issues, supply needs, and maintenance concerns to management.
  
  

 

• High School Diploma or equivalent certification.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a supervisory landscaping or grounds maintenance role.
• Strong knowledge of horticulture, irrigation systems, and landscaping best practices.
• Leadership, team coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work outdoors and manage multiple tasks effectively.
