- Proven experience in Restaurant leadership roles within luxury hospitality or high-volume operations
- Strong background managing restaurant operations, service standards, and guest experience excellence
- Experience leading, coaching, and developing multicultural teams
- Solid knowledge of service flow, quality control, cost management, and food & beverage standards
- Ability to implement and maintain SOPs aligned with brand and corporate guidelines
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Guest-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and service innovation
- Ability to work collaboratively with Culinary, Bar, and other operational departments
- Availability to be considered for current and future leadership opportunities within the department
