- Proven experience in Entertainment leadership roles within luxury resorts, cruise lines, or high-end hospitality operations
- Strong background in managing daily entertainment programs, shows, activities, and special events
- Experience leading, motivating, and developing diverse and multicultural teams
- Ability to design, implement, and elevate guest entertainment experiences aligned with brand standards
- Solid knowledge of event coordination, scheduling, logistics, and safety protocols
- Strong leadership, creativity, communication, and organizational skills
- Guest-focused mindset with the ability to balance creativity and operational excellence
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Front Office, F&B, Marketing, and other operational departments
- Availability to be considered for current and future leadership opportunities within the department
