- Proven experience in Housekeeping leadership roles within luxury hospitality or large-scale resort operations
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations including rooms, public areas, laundry, and turn-down service
- Experience leading, training, and developing multicultural teams
- Ability to implement and maintain cleanliness, quality, and brand standards
- Solid understanding of productivity metrics, scheduling, inventory control, and cost management
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to guest satisfaction and service excellence
- Effective leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate closely with Front Office, Maintenance, and Quality teams
- Availability to be considered for current and future leadership opportunities within the department
