Excellence Oyster Bay Jamaica is continuously seeking experienced Bar leaders to join our Executive & Management Talent Pool.

Experience and skills desired

  • Proven experience in Bar leadership roles within luxury hospitality or high-volume resort operations
  • Strong knowledge of bar operations including cocktail programs, beverage standards, inventory control, and cost management
  • Experience leading, coaching, and developing bartenders and service teams
  • Ability to ensure consistent quality, creativity, and brand-aligned beverage experiences
  • Solid understanding of mixology trends, menu engineering, and upselling strategies
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Guest-focused mindset with attention to service excellence and operational efficiency
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Restaurants, Culinary, and Purchasing teams
