- Proven experience in Security & Loss Prevention leadership roles, preferably within luxury hospitality or large-scale operations
- Experience managing teams, shifts, and operational coverage with a strong focus on risk prevention and guest safety
- Solid knowledge of security protocols, emergency response plans, investigations, and loss prevention strategies
- Ability to develop, implement, and monitor security procedures aligned with corporate standards
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal stakeholders and external authorities
