- Proven experience in Laundry leadership roles within luxury hospitality or high-volume operations
- Strong knowledge of laundry operations including linen flow, washing processes, chemical control, and equipment management
- Experience leading, training, and developing operational teams
- Ability to ensure quality standards, productivity, and cost control
- Solid understanding of inventory management, linen lifecycle, and loss prevention
- Knowledge of safety standards and handling of chemicals
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Housekeeping and other operational departments
- Availability to be considered for current and future leadership opportunities within the department
