- Proven experience in Food & Beverage leadership roles within luxury hospitality or high-volume resort operations
- Strong knowledge of restaurant and bar operations, service standards, and guest experience management
- Experience leading, training, and developing multicultural operational teams
- Ability to ensure service quality, operational efficiency, cost control, and profitability
- Solid understanding of inventory management, cost of sales, budgeting, and loss prevention
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and regulatory compliance
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Culinary, Bars, Front Office, and other operational departments
- Availability to be considered for current and future leadership opportunities within the department
