Excellence Oyster Bay Jamaica is continuously seeking experienced Food & Beverage leaders to join our Executive & Management Talent Pool.

Experience and skills desired

  • Proven experience in Food & Beverage leadership roles within luxury hospitality or high-volume resort operations
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant and bar operations, service standards, and guest experience management
  • Experience leading, training, and developing multicultural operational teams
  • Ability to ensure service quality, operational efficiency, cost control, and profitability
  • Solid understanding of inventory management, cost of sales, budgeting, and loss prevention
  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and regulatory compliance
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Culinary, Bars, Front Office, and other operational departments

  • Availability to be considered for current and future leadership opportunities within the department
