F&B GUEST RELATIONS MANAGER

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and service-driven Guest Relations Manager – Food & Beverage to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a luxury hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Anticipate and exceed guest expectations in food & beverage services 
  •  Manage restaurant and bar reservations, ensuring optimal service flow 
  •  Provide personalized attention to VIP and repeat guests 
  •  Resolve guest concerns promptly, ensuring high satisfaction standards 
  •  Analyze guest feedback to continuously improve service quality 
  •  Coordinate events and special occasions, ensuring flawless execution 
  •  Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards 
  •  Drive initiatives to increase revenue and achieve operational goals

Experience and skills desired

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  •  Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role 
  •  Strong knowledge of F&B operations, service standards, and guest experience 
  •  Experience in event planning and coordination 
  •  Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills 
  •  Advanced English proficiency (80%+) 
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office
